Hello everybody,

this my first message in this list :)

i'm using esd to get sound on my thin client,
each time i want to start an application using sound i make this command line : esddsp --server=[IP of the client]:16001 -v /path/of/whatever

this works fine, and thanks to ltsp archive !

But now i would like to find how to bypass this command line,
for i don't want my users to use command line each they want tu use xmms or prboom...

Anyone get an idea ?

I suppose you can tell kde or gnome which sound daemon to use and how ?
am I wrong ?

Thanx
Nicolas Gremont
