Atftp has the added benefit that it supports multicast. Etherboot can also be compiled with Multicast support so if you have a lot of people starting LTSP at the same time your network load getting the kernel can be reduced. It has not had much testing that I am aware of so it would be nice if some one was able to do some testing in a fairly large shop and let us know (Etherboot-Users) if there are issues.
