Our server is running LTSP 4.0. Initially we installed debian stable, but now at least half the packages are upgraded to debian testing. We are experiencing strange problems with users disappearing from utmp.
For example, 'who' and 'users' report 7 logins. However, if I ps -Af | grep OpenOffice then I can see there are 9 users editing stuff. I verified this by walking over to the clients to see whether they were really doing anything (they were). So how do I debug this?
