Hello, some time ago I've tried LTSP on Linux PPC at iSeries and it functioned problem-free.
I simply copied an i386 "/opt/ltsp.." directory onto iSeries Linux, created /tftpboot containing the x86 kernels and then configured tftp, nfs and X. That's all. Just to clarify, we want to run the LTSP server on the Linux/AS400 LPAR but the clients will remain X86 based. Do you see any issues with this configuration as the AS400 is PPC based? I can't see any real issue as there really is no server side components executed besides the xserver that the client connects to. Is this a correct assumption? Thanks for any and all input on this.
