Basic stuff. You must have a box running your Windows Terminal Server Service enabled in one of your Windows Servers (NT, 2K, 2K3), it could be a stand alone server. Setup users in the Remote Desktop Users group.
Your lts.conf must have at least SCREEN_01 = rdesktop <wints.ip.address>. 50 light users will be just fine with your config. Im have 30 users, (aiming for 50) running on single processor Xeon, 1GB RAM. Serving Office, ERP, eMail, internet.
