Sipos, You'll need to build firefox inside the lbe. actually, in the ltsp-src tree. That way, you'll be building firefox using the same tools and libraries as the rest of ltsp.
Unfortunately, it's not documented very well. You'll have to look through the other packages, to see how they were built.
