I'm running 4.1 on a different system, but I had to do a minor change:

/opt/ltsp 192.168.168.0/255.255.255.0(ro,no_root_squash,sync)

/opt/ltsp/i386 192.168.10.0/255.255.255.0(ro,no_root_squash,sync)

/var/opt/ltsp/swapfiles   192.168.168.0/255.255.255.0(rw,no_root_squash,async)
## LTSP-end ##

No idea if this might help you, but it works fine for me ...
