I have something usable and secure from replays (but not MITM's) set up.
It could use some sprucing up.

But if there are a number of others working on the same thing, am I just
duplicating effort?

Also, someone wrote me offlist saying that they had put some work into
NX...  NX sounds much better than VNC...
