I'm getting things together to begin building Linux From Scratch 6.0
with optimizations for most of the programs known not to break under
them, this host I plan on using as a LTSP server.  If I was to compile
most of the programs with cflags having -O3 -march=k6-3, would this
inhibit execution of the programs by future thin clients with a
different processor?
