I want to use a intel pro/100. Can someone tell me what NIC/ROM type I have to choose on rom-o-matic for this NIC?

It depends. If you are making a floppy any of the eepro100 you choose will work. If you want to program a rom boot from the floppy and note the nic name it will look something like [eeprop100-eepro100] in the uper left above the flying dots...
