FYI. 

I think we need to look for alternative in building our own fit client if we 
would like to use kernel 2.6. I am looking into PXES.

the buildk and initrd_kit are for LTSP-3 and a 2.4 kernel.

There's lots of changes that need to be made to support a 2.6 kernel,
including an updated set of modutils.

Kernels for LTSP are now built with the LBE.
