Thanks for your encouragement! Yes, we use LTSP for around a dozen people at our headquarters office and overall we've been very pleased with it. We have a lot of Linux experience, a very small I/T budget and the kinds of computers that people donate to us would be useless for anything else, so LTSP is a great fit. Though it hasn't been quite as trouble free as we'd like, it's a big step up from fat clients, especially Windows clients!
