You need to get the kiosktool rpm.  I don't use Fedora Core so I don't
know if it is on the disks.  I did find a Fedora Core rpm on
rpm.pbone.net.  If the disk has the rpm, then install it using the
Add/Remove app.  If it isn't on the Fedora Core disks, then download it
and install (as either root or after you su) rpm -Uvh
kiosktool-<version>-.rpm. If you have unmet dependencies, the packagae
won't install.  If you have yum setup, you can try to install it that
way as well - yum install kiosktool - and yum should grab any
dependencies also.
