Verner,

There is an LTSP scanning package available.

Go to the LTSP Sourceforge download page,
sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=17723. At the bottom of
the page under 'Xtras' and then under 'Robbie Stanford', there is a
package called ltsp_sane-1.0.3.tar.gz.

For some reason, I have a package on my computer with a version 1.04, so
I'm not sure why that's not on Sourceforge.

Incidentally, I tried ltsp_sane-1.0.4 and it didn't work on my machine,
so I used the files from the original package, lts_scanner-0.01. I have
an HP Scanjet (USB) and it works quite well.
