If everyone is going to have the same security settings as everyone else, then setting up security from the ltsp box isn't different than setting it up for one machine (that is, everyone will be stuck with whatever security is on the ltsp box).  If you liked you can exclude people via mac address or ip address (if they are statically assigned) via ipcop, but I couldn't say how exactly as I've never done it.  Bear in mind, though, the ltsp server is just one system and everyone runs on it.  So apply security to it and you should be ok.

Every solution I can think of depends on each user coming from a different MAC and IP address but that is just not the case when every user on the LTSP server is from the server MAC and IP address.
