Now I got your point!!
In fact hard disk space for swap is cheap (I agree with you). 
However "network swap" I do not think is cheap and that is happening for 
real when I enable the swap for workstations (correct me if I am wrong, 
please).
That is why I think a parameter like:
     ENABLE_NETSWAP_OVER_X_AMOUNT_OF_MEMORY = 32 MB
at the [Default] section, would be very appreciated and, besides, would 
automagically enable it since my workstation had less than X MBytes.
