Thanks to everyone that helped me out of this nigthmare.
I know that the thin client of HP 5025 works well without any modification.
The new model apparently is the 5525.
This model works well with 
XSERVER = VESA or
X_VIDEORAM = 16384

I also ask myself why HP does not  test his thinstations before releasing it.
