It's certainly possible to use his existing DHCP server and NOT have a 
DHCP server on the LTSP box.

Assuming that his current DHCP server is configurable.  Lots of people 
have used windows DHCP server to serve up LTSP terminals.  You just need 
to know how to make that dhcp server provide things like 'root-path', 
'filename' and 'next-server'.

If he's running dhcp on something like a linksys or d-link router, then 
he's probably out of luck.  Those have very limited configuration.

If he's serving DHCP from another Linux or BSD box, then it shouldn't be 
any problem at all.  Just set root-path to point to the correct IP 
address of his LTSP server, and use 'next-server' to point to the LTSP 
server for TFTP.
