As far as conflict with the network, it may be because LTSP activates the DHCP server on the terminal server to give each of the clients their IP addresses, and also to pass extra information required to download the kernel over the network, as well as the 'root' of the ltsp tree. If your router also has a DHCP server, they are likely conflicting. It think there is some information on resolving this on the ltsp wiki, but I haven't run across this situation personally.
From your output below, it looks like kernel is downloading, but it is not booting at all. Do you have any technical information about the terminal? Model numbers, processor type, etc? The other issue of concern I see is the attempt to load the different pxelinux.cfg/* files.
