you can manage this with -s and -c options if you wanne see al options, fire up a cmdline, and just typ rdesktop It'll give you all options
in my case this is a working example: rdesktop <<ipadress>> -a 16 -d SINT-LUTGARDIS -D -k fr-be -N -g workarea -s "C:\\EduSoft\\FreeCD\\FREECD.EXE" -r sound:local in case of workarea you can also specify a window size like 800x600 or others.... and you can use more or less options.
