Thanks again for helping me out on IRC :)

For those who is on 64-bit Ubuntu (mine is Ubuntu-6.06) and cannot get
LocalDev working properly...

- Make sure to install 32-bit libfuse2 as this was the breaking
point for my installation. 
- apt-get install libfuse2 will get 64-bit (as the OS is 64-bit)

Manually download from packages.ubuntu.com and install: 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] dpkg -i --force-architecture
libfuse2_2.4.2-0ubuntu3_i386.deb



Right now everything is working as I wished.
