That's really hard. I tried 2 ROMs from that site , none worked. So what 
I did is , copied boot rom from one working card and using it with DLINK 
RTL8139, It's working fine.

Now a days , I started using 3COM or Intel cards with biult in PXE 2.0 
BOOT ROM. That's best to work with.
