What version of LTSP are you using?

If it's 4.2, you need the 'ltsp_kernel_kit' which is available on the 
download page here:

    http://wiki.ltsp.org/twiki/bin/view/Ltsp/DownLoads

Look at the bottom of that page, it's got the link for the kernel kit.
