Hi everybody, and happy new year 2007! I just wanted to know if anyone had compiled pulseaudio for ltsp4.2. There is a tutorial to integrate it into forecoming ltsp5.0/muekow (http://developer.novell.com/wiki/index.php/Edgy/HOWTO:_PulseAudio), but currently there don't seems to be any version compiled for ltsp4.2. I tried LBE some time ago and I'd wished I won't have to go through this again :-)
Pulseaudio is quite promising, and it should reduce sound lag on thin client. It works quite well on server side and allow Flash9 to work like a charm (except for the lag though, since it is piped throught esd to the client).
