how do i install the PA on the clients ? (the ltsp client folder tree)

Hi
I did not have pulse installed so I just hacked the svn to remove (ifdefs)
the pulse dependencies.
The patch is attached and the seems to work fine with esd. Maybe some
time I will install pulse audio...
