- yes, I thought so myself. But, my displayvar is set. If I open (in a client, from the GUI desktop) a shell and go "echo $DISPLAY", I do get the ws name. In this case something like ws016:0:0 (I'm not at the site right now, so I can't tell you exactly). I seem to remember having had this issue before, I just don't remember what I did...could it be the placement of some libs that needs to be symlinked?
