This question is not about LTSP. You can not move a window between X servers, because each window is build in the X server. You have to use a virtual X server like Xvnc on your server (and launch your word processor in it). Then you can connect and disconnect vnc clients (available on Linux, Windows, MacOSX, PalmOS, Java...) on your Xvnc from anywhere. This will allow you to use your word processor from terminal A and later on terminal B without closing it.
