MSAccess works mostly fine with Wine/CodeWeaver. However MSAccess is know to not be very reliable when multiple clients access the same mdb file. It seems to me that it is even worst when accessing it with Wine (mdb get corrupted on a regular basis). So I'd say MSAccess is ok if only one client access it at the same time.
