Should it still be there with > LDM_DIRECTX enabled? yup, it should be among the options in the menu on the bottom left of the login screen (its hardcoded, so i wonder what you did to make it not appear since there is no way to hide it... ) are you sure you are runing ldm ? did you add any SCREEN statements to your lts.conf ?
