Voip clients - Ekiga, twinkle, Also, keep in mind that firefox is really a whole platform for other things, such as a java vm, flash player, pdf viewer, etc... Along with running apps locally, we'll need to support printing. There was some talk at the hackfest about this, but I don't recall how far it got. And, if you are going to support apps running locally, you'll possibly need to support local media, which might get tricky, especially if both local apps and remote apps want access to the local media.
