Seems to me that telnet and telned  are running  but i can not connect with 
telnet on ctl-alt-f2  and on ctl-alt-f1 i have the graphical (Xwindows) login 
prompt and i can login without problem.

The exact message on the character terminal  (telnet) is:
Press  to stablish a connection to server.
Then i press enter and this is the message i get.
Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused.

The only thing i see extrange are some results of ltspadmin

There are a few "no" that i has not been able to solve. And i do not know what 
to think because how can i have "nfs" and "xdmxp" "not enabled" but running?
Also i have rebuilded /etc/hosts with option 8 on the configuration menu and 
stil the same result.

I will appeciate your help.
