Hi all,

I have a LTSP server, installed with the all-in-one LTSP CD with CentOS.

Now I have some HP t5730 thin clients. I want to boot them using PXE.

In the beginning I got a kernel error that the NIC wasn't found. With a little
search I discovered that the NIC is a broadcom Netlink. The Linux driver is the
"tg3". So I specified the NIC at the kernel options (NIC=tg3).

Now the booting proces goes further until the driver is initialized. Then it
"freezes". The last few sentences before freezing are as follow:

Running /linuxrc
Mouting /proc
linuxrc: Installing tg3 driver
modprobe tg3
insmod /lib/modules/2.6.17-8-ltsp-1/kernel/drivers/net/tg3.ko
tg3.c: v3.59 (June 8, 2006)
ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:02:00.0[A] -> GSI 0 (level, low) -> IRQ 0

After the last sentence the boot proces stops and I don't have a clue why it
stops. I have search for a solution on the web, but did not find one.

I hope somebody knows what I am doing wrong!

Thanks.

Kind regards,
Daniƫl
