I did that a few years ago, and this is what you need to add to the 
dhcp-server on windows:

17 Root Path        10.0.2.2:/opt/ltsp/i386
66 Boot Server Host 10.0.2.2
67 Bootfile Name    /var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386/pxelinux.0
