Thanks Xavier,
I tried with NBD_SWAP=True and NBD_SWAP=False - Same result - 10 min login. 
We have 26 clients, the other 26 bring up the login screen in maybe be 30 
seconds - Just the 2 new 'state of the art' Dual Core 2.5GHz machines 
refuse!!
