Go to the gPXE download site: http://rom-o-matic.net/gpxe/gpxe-1.0.0/contrib/rom-o-matic/ select "ISO bootable image (.iso)" and press the [Get Image] button. If that doesn't work for you, then you may have a problem with your dnsmasq.conf, so post it somewhere for us to have a look.
