Hi, I am trying to figure out the central BIOS settings update for thin clients. I read /dev/nvram keeps this settings and it is said that it is possible to save and restore it using dd command.
I am not sure whether it is possible in LTS and client environment. If i run a command at the server like dd if=/dev/nvram of=/root/nvram.saved and send it to the one of the thin clients and run dd of=/dev/nvram if=nvram.saved will it have an effect?
