ltsp-update-sshkeys is all you should need to run, which should copy the public keys from your server and add them to the chroot's /etc/ssh/ssh_known_hosts file. It will also add entries from /etc/ltsp/ssh_known_hosts.*, if you have severs other than the root server. You may need to re-run it after your server changes IP address, if you're using an older LDM version... but I think that was fixed several years ago... live well, vagrant
