Well actually, I thought about changing it adding the uuid to all trace action but, for now, the good thing about lttng_set_current_session_uuid is that you can set your current session uuid and do *multiple* actions one after the other before quitting. At the moment, I don't see any kind of "needs" that will make me change the API. If you have some, please let me know! :). I will surely look at this "user API issue" before the first release.
