[lltx] Rendering of Burmese Script

I hereby kindly like to ask for support for Brumese (or Myanmar) scripts in
Lu(La)TeX. The following MWE renders correctly in XeLaTeX but not in
LuaLaTeX and illustrates the problem.

\usepackage{fontspec}
\newfontfamily{\burmeseFamily}{NotoSerifMyanmar-Regular.ttf}[Scale=MatchLowercase]
\begin{document}
Test {\burmeseFamily{}တော်ကြီး} foo.
\end{document}
