Hi, my name's Simon - I'm new to the list ( and to lua :) I've been working on an open source hierarchical state machine in C with bindings for Lua.
I discovered LuaRocks, and just built my first rock! It took me a little bit to get it right, but I now have a module that builds (and runs:) on both my mac and pc. ( Thanks! ) The rockspec and source is hosted on google code: http://hsm-statechart.googlecode.com/hg/hsm_statechart-0.5-1.rockspec I'm not sure whether it would be useful for inclusion on the rock site -- i'll let someone else make that decision -- but i think it's a pretty cool module: using Lua to mockup state charts has proven even better than I'd hoped. If it's useful -- there's some documentation on the site: http://code.google.com/p/hsm-statechart/wiki/Lua and the rock itself includes a sample of a stopwatch as a wxLua dialog. Thanks! -Simon. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
