Hi,

This is a complete rewrite! Main changes:

- Use the OpenBSD implementation of bcrypt instead of crypt_blowfish
- Use arc4random from libressl-portable for generating salts

arc4random is more robust and faster than constantly opening
/dev/urandom. It also plays nicely with chroots and helps with
portability.

- Remove bcrypt.salt and bcrypt.random

These functions were unnecessary and easy to misuse.

- Add support for OpenBSD and OS X

OpenBSD has its own Makefile and OS X is built the same way as Linux.
FreeBSD may also work but is untested.
