Thanks for Ulrike and Akira. I don't know the reason why there are different results on Windows. But I think that LuaTeX probably has a problem on fontloader.
I built luatex with --debug option and ran it on gdb. However, in this case, luatex did not cause SegFault and exhaust memory. Hmm... Best regards Kazuki Maeda
