I dont think that Personal Touch is trustworthy. I bought a used Apple Cinema Display there last year for $199. The thing never worked properly (except in the store). It always took over two hours to get a picture, and the picture wasn't even clear but yellowish. Anyways, I bought the thing as-is, no return. Tough luck, but I don't think that's the place I want to bring my laptop for repair.
