I dont think that Personal Touch is trustworthy.
I bought a used Apple Cinema Display there last year for $199.
The thing never worked properly (except in the store). It always took 
over two hours to get a picture, and the picture wasn't even clear but 
yellowish. Anyways, I bought the thing as-is, no return. 
Tough luck, but I don't think that's the place I want to bring my laptop
for repair.
