Does anyone here know if any linux based email servers are limited in the size of their dbs?
My Exchange Server has a 16 GB limit and it was reached today and crashed the server. I have been trying to get these guys to buy me a server I can run Debian + Exim + Squirrelmail on without any luck. Will that combination crap out when the DB swells? And don't ask about the size. I have told them several times about saving out their emails but they insist they need access to 7 years of mail. Since THEY sign my checks I don't argue. Thanks, Maddog
