Most wikis store revisions to the wiki pages. So removing the spam manually is simply a matter of reverting to the version of the page right before the spam was made. I thought about restricting access to just Hawaii IP addresses, but I have not received netblock updates in a long time. (Road Runner employees are you listening? :) The ultimate solution would be to enforce authentication, but I still want to take the anarchist approach here and make it possible for anyone in the world to be able to modify the wiki contents; at least until things get out of hand. -Vince
