Hi, If possible, I think the team meeting should be set when *most* of the members could be in attendance. Since our team is most likely spread throughout the globe those that cannot attend could possibly review the notes from the meeting and contribute by email list later. I think the idea of regular meetings between now and the release of 14.04 is a good idea How about suggesting a date/time and see how many can attend the meeting then maybe adjust the date/time if needed to accommodate the most possible attendance?
