Hi Alan, whilst Unit193 is our TL for IRC-Ops, I do have a couple of questions:
1) When does IRC-Council plan to have to have https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IRC/IrcTeam/OperatorGuide?action=show&redirect=nhandler/OperatorGuide#Adding%20marks finalised for new commers, and the "teaching" sessions? 2) When do we be allowed, officially allowed onto the irc-ops channelsl, my email said to wait. 3) This is a newsworthy item for Lubuntu, we have all kept quiet, but I do really want to announce it on http://lubuntu.net/ and through our Mailing List, our comms team https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-comms before it is dribbled out as a rumour. @news groups, this is not to be released - please acknowledge the embargo until we have a correct release.
