Hi Nicholas, it appears that http://lubuntu.com/ has been registerd. I do recall a case where a LoCo was being asked extortinate amount of money to 'buy' their loco team name & Canonical stepped in and used it's global trademark to evict the cyber-squatter. As the site shows 'up for sale', I do think it is another case of cyber squatter. Something I'm sure the trademark team are familiar with :)
