Hi, Perhaps we have not done this before but IMHO, I see it is important to do a regular check from time to time and I'm planning to run that check at least on the area where I'm involved. Kindly reply to this email ONLY if you are still willing to stay around and contribute. Members who will not reply, I suggest to remove them and I'm sure if they are willing to contribute in the future, they will re-join. So, I will wait for 7 days, if no reply at all, I will remove the 'inactive members' from this team. I'd like to thank you all for all what you have done, still doing and willing to do.
