I'm no expert, I just have a person account and make infrequent tweets.
But what would probably work would be condensing the post on facebook or g+
into a tagline or sub-title and then linking to the facebook or g+ post etc.

If no one steps up, I can try to help.  I only hesistate to fully take this
up because I'm not a heavy Twitter user.
